Web-Platform for customers and agents to claim a cash-back on toll turnover

Description

Some toll providers in Europe grant their customers cash-back on their toll turnover if they spend above a specific limit.

The process of claiming the cash-back is quite complex, very bureaucratic, and therefore time-consuming.

Therefore, we developed a web-based platform allowing our customers to interact with their clients. The clients can enter, upload, and track the data required for the reclaim process.

The platform was designed to be operated throughout the year to enable the clients to maintain the information on an ongoing basis, and therefore keep the operational impact to a minimum.
