Our customer was facing a large challenge, due to a major regulatory change, an entire customer segment (35.000 accounts) needed to be reviewed from scratch. As part of the review process the affected accounts needed to fill out and sign several forms and provide additional supporting documentation. The required documentation can exceed 50 pages for larger accounts.
Together with our customer, we defined an online based process for all accounts, which generates required forms, prefilled and ready to sign. For automated processing we added a QR-code based system and developed a corresponding mobile app for service agents.
Additionally, we created a comprehensive management tool for service agents, to manage the campaign and the individual account cases.
We provide 3rd level support for service agents and host the solution for the customer in our Frankfurt-based data center.
